Meet Sam
Sam is a Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher certified to teach through Dharma Moon and Tibet House US. Through meditation, he has learned how to meet what arises in his daily life with a gentle and friendly attitude.
With his training, commitment to continued education, and work with new and experienced meditators, he wants to help people cultivate the practice of meditation to give them tools to develop resilience, emotional stability, and mental clarity.
Sam believes in spirituality that is grounded in daily life rather than an escape from what is right in front of you. He believes that meditation is an important practice to develop and maintain grounded spirituality. Lastly, he believes that having a spiritual practice that is rooted in practice and critical thinking is for everyone and that it has the potential to make life more workable for individuals and communities.
When not practicing, teaching, or studying, he can be found enjoying the nature of Vermont or playing with his dogs
My Mission
My mission is to teach as many people as possible a meditation practice that is rooted in kindness towards oneself. I believe that the more people who are kinder to themselves, the kinder the world will be. I am looking to contribute to growing a kinder, compassionate world without the need to escape the realities of everyday life.
